Hi everyone!
Thanks for joining the second Children’s Book Study. This month we’ll be looking at Very Good Hats written by Emma Straub and illustrated by Blanca Gómez. This fun and goofy book was published in 2023 by Rocky Pond Books, an imprint of Penguin Random House.
The neatly designed cover immediately caught my attention, and also… I felt like I needed to wear a hat. As I read, I learned that so many things can be hats. The many ideas will encourage readers to light up their imagination, and I guarantee you’ll laugh throughout the book!
