This newsletter is about sharing what I have learned on my journey to turn my love for drawing into a career. I am an elementary reading teacher by day and children’s illustrator by night. I also sell greeting cards and prints.

One small step every day has helped me grow as an artist and entrepreneur, so I would like to offer tips and start conversations with you as we all follow our creative journeys. Let’s learn together!

I have been sending a monthly newsletter with art updates, and now I am excited to start a weekly newsletter specifically for artists. Here’s what I’m thinking:

• 3rd Monday: Social Media Chat/Reels tutorial

  • I’ve actually enjoyed making reels, so I’ll share any fun and easy ideas with you!

• 4th Monday: Children's book study and bonus printable activities

  • This is to let my teacher side shine and explore how I can bring my educator point of view into the art space.
